Geboren 1961, führt zusammen mit seiner Familie das Hotel La Perla (Member of The Leading Hotels of the World) und das Berghotel Ladinia in Corvara sowie das Posta Marcucci bei Siena nach den Prinzipien der Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie. Er ist Präsident der „Maratona dles Dolomites“. 2007 gründete er die Costa Family Foundation, die Entwicklungsprojekte in Afrika, Asien und Südamerika fördert.
